Record is a stock copy with clean labels (small writing and tiny archive sticker on A side -please check scan) and comes in a strong VG shape. "Mr Union Railway Man" is a British psych masterpiece. It has been comped by Nigel Lees on "Alphabeat". Very scarce as you can imagine due to the tiny number of pressings that this little independent label might have issued.
