Record is a stock copy with clean labels and comes in EX+ shape. Tag archive sticker and small stamp on A side. Little stain on B side label. B side is an obscure version of Shocking Blue hit. A nice dancer and quite scarce in this condition on the scarce  collectable "Mother" which was a Beacon offshot
