Record is a DEMO copy, small writing on A side with lenght of the song and promo stamp (please check scan) and comes in NM shape (one negligible blemish from the spotless state). "Mr Union Railway Man" is a British psych masterpiece. It has been comped by Nigel Lees on "Alphabeat". Very scarce as you can imagine due to the tiny number of pressings that this little independent label might have issued.
